These terms govern your use of TSoftCloud, operated by T-Soft Technologies ("we", "us"), Lagos, Nigeria. By creating an account or purchasing a service you agree to them. If you are using TSoftCloud on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the security of your password, and everything done under your account. Tell us immediately at info@tsoftechnologies.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Services and provisioning
We provide domain registration (as a reseller of accredited registrars), web hosting and email hosting. Services are provisioned automatically after payment confirmation. Hosting resources (storage, bandwidth, mailbox quotas) are as described on the plan you purchase.
3. Domain registrations
- Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are subject to the rules of the relevant registry (e.g. NiRA for .ng, ICANN policies for gTLDs).
- Once submitted to a registry, a registration is final and non-refundable — this is a registry rule we cannot override.
- You must keep registrant contact details accurate; registries may suspend domains with false WHOIS data.
- Renewal and expiry: we invoice and remind you before expiry. Expired domains follow the registry's grace and redemption timeline, which may include recovery fees.
4. Payments, renewals and refunds
- Prices are shown before purchase in your selected currency; billing is processed in naira via Paystack unless stated otherwise.
- Renewal prices are displayed alongside first-year prices at the point of sale.
- Wallet funds are used for automatic renewals first, then your saved payment method.
- Hosting purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable once submitted to the registry.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use TSoftCloud services to:
- send unsolicited bulk mail (spam) or operate open relays;
- host malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights;
- conduct fraud, scams, or activity illegal in Nigeria or in your own jurisdiction;
- attack, scan or disrupt other systems, or consume shared resources in a way that degrades other customers' services.
We may suspend a service that violates these rules, with notice where practical. Repeated or serious violations may lead to termination.
6. Service levels and support
Our uptime commitment is described in the uptime SLA. Support is provided via the help center and contact form; we aim to respond within one business day.
7. Suspension for non-payment
Unpaid services enter a grace period with email reminders before suspension. We never delete hosting data without repeated warnings, and we retain suspended-account data for at least 30 days before removal.
8. Liability
Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data beyond our backup obligations.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the services after that date means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
