This policy explains what personal data TSoftCloud (T-Soft Technologies, Lagos, Nigeria) collects, why, and your rights over it. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and apply the same standard to customers everywhere.
1. What we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone, company, country; password stored only as an argon2id hash.
- Billing data — invoices, payments and wallet movements. Card details are handled entirely by Paystack; they never touch our servers.
- Service data — domains, DNS records, hosting account names, mailbox addresses needed to run what you buy.
- Registrant data — contact details required by domain registries for WHOIS; we enable free WHOIS privacy where the registry allows.
- Technical logs — IP addresses and user-agent strings for sign-ins and API calls, kept for security auditing.
2. What we use it for
- Providing and billing the services you purchase.
- Registry and registrar obligations for domain ownership.
- Security: session management, fraud prevention, abuse investigation.
- Service emails — invoices, renewal reminders, incident notices. Marketing email only with your consent, always with an unsubscribe.
3. Who we share it with
Only processors needed to deliver the service: payment processing (Paystack), domain registries and upstream registrars (e.g. NiRA-accredited partners, ICANN-accredited registrars), infrastructure providers hosting our servers, and email delivery providers. We never sell personal data.
4. Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for the period Nigerian tax and company law requires afterwards. Security logs rotate within 12 months. Suspended hosting data is deleted after the notice period described in the terms.
5. Your rights
You can access and correct your data from the dashboard. You may request export or deletion of your account by writing to info@tsoftechnologies.com; we respond within 30 days. Deletion is subject to legal retention duties and active-service obligations.
6. Cookies
We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie for sign-in and a preference cookie for your theme and currency. No third-party advertising trackers run on this site.
